Landlords

To the Landlord or property maintenance company we can offer all of the above services and can issue an electrical installation condition report formerly known as a PIR or "landlords Certificate". This certificate is subject to a full test of the electrical installation and not just a visual inspection unless requested, upon which a visual inspection certificate is issued.

Industrial and commercial services

We at P3 can offer a full installation and certification service. We have access to design specialists who can help design any installation. The services we offer includes the following;

P3 Electrical Services operate mainly within the M25 (Northolt, Ruislip), however we have completed work in Milton Keynes, Birmingham, Nottingham, and Derby to name but a few. We have also traveled to Cumbria, as our never say no attitude means we will price work regardless of location.
